PBCI is governed by a two-tiered elder structure rooted in servant leadership.
In keeping with the Brethren principle of servant leadership, individual names are not published on this platform. The organization is led by its offices and bodies, not by personalities.
Board of Elders
Governing Body
The Board of Elders is the primary governing body of PBCI Inc. They provide oversight, set organizational direction, uphold doctrinal integrity, and make major decisions on behalf of the organization.

Council of Elders
Advisory & Representative Body
The Council of Elders represents the voice of the member churches within the PBCI network — serving as the advisory body to the Board.

- Supporting network-wide initiatives
- Facilitating communication between PBCI and local churches
- Promoting unity across the network
